  • Sure. If you sign up to our subscriptions where you pay month to month and can cancel at any time, it would cost for the Elevate package roughly £30 per hour. If you want a one off focused meeting for 30 minutes (which would also include complimentary pre meeting research) then it would be £49.

  • Sure, we offer a feedback call service. This service includes:

    • Full review of your brand assets

    • Competitor review

    • Product feedback

    We will conduct all of the above prior to the call to ensure the call is effective as possible.

  • That’s great you’re interested in subscribing!

    Meeting minutes can be used however you’d like. We can talk through your collection and provide you with feedback or we can show you how to understand a WISSI or go through wholesale processes- use them as you prefer. Any unused minutes roll over to the following month, so if you have a quiet month, you can use them next month when you have several projects on the go.

    Project hours can be used however you would like, whether you need support researching or getting some designs done or need a mood board or seasonal product strategy- you choose. We will always agree in our project brief call how long a project will take. Once this is agreed, we will honour it. Project hours are also rolled over monthly.

  • No they are not, these are always complimentary and are additional to the meeting minutes. We need to ensure we are clear on deliverables so these calls are set up to define expected outcomes and agree deadlines.

    You can schedule as many project calls a month, as long as you have the project hours available to execute.

  • This question is similar to how long is a piece of string. However, we have the project brief calls so we’re clear on what is required. Dependant on how complex the design is and how many, to give you an idea, a design of 2 logo t-shirts would be around 0.5 project hours, whilst a design of a collection of 10 long sleeve dresses with different prints on each dress could take 3 project hours.

  • If you don’t need a full 60 minute call for you meeting, please ensure you fill in the form when booking and tick how long you estimate you will need and we will adjust the meeting length accordingly in the system.

  • Of course you can. Subscriptions are paid month to month and you can cancel at any time, just make sure to cancel at least 5 working days before your month end otherwise the direct debit may not process in time. If you’d like to cancel, please contact services at info@maxinemoda.com with your account name and email address and we will cancel it, no problem.
